Jepson & Co Ltd is a company steeped in history and experience producing vintage number plates.

A family owned company established in 1894, we have been producing classic number plates for over 100 years and take pride in delivering the best quality product.

Since April 2017 vehicles registered before 1st January 1977 can display older style number plates. The 40 year exemption date rolls forward automatically each year on April 1st.

Supplying to both retail and trade customers, we produce classic number plates in-house and offer a comprehensive range of acrylic and aluminium plates. Using traditional techniques and materials, our Sheffield factory produces plates that are handmade and unique to each customer’s vehicle.
